“以俞调枢”法对胃肠动力障碍模型大鼠消化道内Cajal间质细胞超微结构表达的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的:通过观察"以俞调枢"法对胃肠动力障碍模型大鼠消化道内Cajal间质细胞超微结构的影响,探讨该疗法对Cajal间质细胞的调控效应机制,揭示其改善胃肠动力的可能作用机制。方法:选择SD大鼠120只,随机分为空白治疗组、空白对照组、模型治疗组和模型对照组各30只,空白治疗组、模型治疗组每日固定22 min,实施背俞指针治疗;空白对照组、模型对照组每日固定22 min,不实施背俞指针治疗。疗程均为14 d。观察并比较4组大鼠胃内残留率、小肠推进比及Cajal间质细胞超微结构的变化。结果:(1)空白对照组、空白治疗组、模型治疗组在胃内残留率、小肠推进比等方面无明显差异性(P>0.05);(2)模型对照组与空白对照组、空白治疗组、模型治疗组相比较,其胃内残留率显著升高,小肠推进比率显著降低(P<0.01);(3)空白对照组、空白治疗组、模型治疗组3组大鼠Cajal间质细胞的超微结构未见有明显差异性;(4)模型对照组与空白对照组、空白治疗组、模型治疗组相比较,其Cajal间质细胞超微结构发生明显的改变。结论:对Cajal间质细胞超微结构表达的调控效应可能是"以俞调枢"法改善胃肠动力的作用途径之一。 Objective:To observe the effect of"regulating the pivot through the back-Shu points"method on the ultra structure of Cajal Interstitial cells(ICC)in the rats with gastrointestinal motility disorder and explore the mechanism on the regulation effect of Cajal cells and reveal the possible mechanism of improving gastrointestinal motility.Methods:Totally 120 SD rats were randomly divided into blank treatment group,blank control group,model treatment group and model control group with 30 rats in each group.The blank treatment group and model treatment group were treated with the acupuncture therapy on back-Shu points daily for 22 min.The blank control group and model control group were daily fixed for 22 min without the acupuncture therapy with finger on back-Shu points.14 days was a course of treatment.We observed and compared the indicators of gastric residual rate,intestinal propulsive ratio and Cajal mesenchymal cell ultrastructure in the four groups.Results:(1)Blank control group,blank treatment group and model treatment group showed no significant difference in the indicators of gastric residual rate,intestinal propulsive ratio,etc(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the blank control group,blank treatment group and model treatment group,the model control group’s gastric residual rate increased significantly and the intestinal propulsion ratio decreased significantly(P<0.01).(3)There was no significant difference in the ultrastructure of Cajal interstitial cells among the blank control group,the blank treatment group and the model treatment group.(4)Compared with the blank control group,blank treatment group and model treatment group,the model control group’s ultrastructure was changed obviously.Conclusion:One of the ways to improve gastrointestinal motility by"regulating the pivot through the back-Shu points"method may be to regulate the ultrastructural expression of Cajal interstitial cells.
