摘要 原发和继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者中均有甲状旁腺激素(PTH)升高与认知功能受损有关的报道,甲状旁腺切除手术能明显改善甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的认知障碍。PTH造成认知功能受损的机制不明,可能是通过与脑内的PTH受体结合,调节钙浓度,造成细胞内钙超载;或者发挥血管活性作用,影响脑血流,从而引起认知障碍。 It is reported that the increase of serum parathyroid hormone(PTH) lever was related to cognitive impairment in patients with primary and secondary hyperparathyroidism.Parathyroidectomy can obviously improve the cognitive impairment of patients with hyperparathyroidism.The mechanism of cognitive impairment caused by PTH is unclear,which may be due to the regulation of calcium concentration by binding to PTH receptor in brain,resulting in intracellular calcium overload,or to play as vasoactive factor and affect the cerebral blood flow,thereby causing cognitive impairment.
