桐河控制工程闸站结合及双向泵站设计比选 被引量:4

摘要 桐河水利枢纽既有防洪排涝功能,又有生态补水、蓄水、引水功能,闸站设计时按照防治结合、蓄泄兼顾、以泄为主的原则,在防洪闸选用直升式双门方案的基础上,研究了两座泵站独立建站方案、共用进水流道方案、两站合一共用全部方案。推荐的两站合一共用全部方案结构布置紧凑,采用装置效率为国内外同类装置最好水平的低扬程大流量的双向贯流泵,减少了开挖量和混凝土量,机组共享,工程总费用小,水力性能好,机组在正、反方向运行时均处于高效区,节约电能。按照选定的双向水泵进行设计,投资最省,设备功率小。 TongheWater Complex has the functions of flood control,drainage,ecological water supply,water storage and water diversion.The sluice station is designed on the principle of combination of prevention and control,consideration on storage and discharge and priority to dis⁃charge.The paper studied on the independent construction of two pumping stations scheme,the syncretic construction scheme of two stations sharing the inlet channel and the syncretic construction scheme of two stations sharing all schemes,which were all based on the floodgate se⁃lection of the helicopter double door.Then it recommended the last scheme,because it had advantage of compact layout structure.It adopts the double-way crossflow pump with the best level of low head and high flow that efficiency can achieve both domestic and foreign similar de⁃vices.It can reduce the amount of excavation and use of concrete.The unit is sharing.What’s more,the total project cost is economic and it also has good hydraulic performance.Also,it can run in high efficiency area in the positive and negative directions,which means the save of electric energy.To sum up,both the investment and power of equipment are the lowest when it is designed as we selected.
