冲击试验后变压器油中溶解气体组分及含量

摘要 文章在不同波形冲击电压作用下,在未发现击穿时,研究变压器油纸绝缘体系油中溶解气体组分及含量的变化趋势。研究结果表明,在纯油绝缘体系和油纸复合绝缘体系中,真空处理前后的绝缘体系的冲击击穿相近,说明油和纸板中水分和气体对绝缘体系的冲击没有负面影响。油纸绝缘体系比纯油绝缘体系承受冲击电压更高,随着绝缘纸板数量增加,击穿电压提高。相同电压下,与纯油绝缘体系相比,油纸绝缘体系随着绝缘纸板层数的增加,内部发生局部放电几率增大,油中乙炔和氢气明显增加。多层油绝缘复合体系的冲击局部放电电压远低于击穿电压。 In this paper,the variation trend of dissolved gas composition and content in oil was studied in the case of oil-paper insulation system of transformer before breakdown under the action of different impulse voltages.The results show that,in the pure oil insulation system and the oil-paper insulation system,the breakdown voltage of the insulation system before and after vacuum treatment is similar,indicating that the moisture and gas in the oil and cardboard have no negative effect on the insulation system.The oil-paper insulation system sustains higher impulse voltage than pure oil insulation system.With the increase of the number of insulating board,the breakdown voltage is further improved.Under the same voltage,compared with the pure oil insulation system,with the increase of the number of insulating board layers,the probability of internal partial discharge increases,and the acetylene gas and hydrogen increases obviously in the oil-paper insulation system.The impulse voltage of partial discharge is much lower than the impulse breakdown voltage in multilayer oil-paper insulation system.
