PMA黏度指数改进剂对减振器油性能的影响

摘要 围绕市场上减振器油产品的不同需求,结合减振器油研发工作,总结了PMA黏度指数改进剂在不同黏度基础油中的感受性。另外,介绍了PMA黏度指数改进剂对相同黏度不同类型基础油、对减振器油氧化安定性及剪切安定性的影响。在此基础上,分析了PMA黏度指数改进剂对减振器油关键性能的影响,为这一类油品的研发提供前期技术及经验总结,并对今后的研发工作提出建议和展望。 According to different demands of damper oils in the market,combining with the research and development of damper oil,the sensitivity of PMA viscosity index improver in base oils with different viscosity is summarized.In addition,the effects of PMA viscosity index improver on different type base oils with same viscosity,the oxidation stability and the shear stability of damper oil are introduced.Based on that,the influence of PMA viscosity index improver on several key performances of damper oil is analyzed.It provides preliminary technology and experience support for the R&D of this kind of oil.Suggestions and prospects for future R&D are put forward.
