摘要
采用核Ⅰ级E2209-15焊条焊接2205双相不锈钢,研究了焊接热输入对焊接接头化学成分、组织和力学性能的影响。焊接热输入对由核Ⅰ级E2209-15焊条填充的2205双相不锈钢的微观结构和力学性能具有显著影响。通过能量分散光谱,光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,铁素体测量仪,机械测试仪分析了化学成分,微观结构形态,相比例,力学性能。结果表明,当焊接热输入为8.3~11.9kJ/cm时,力学性能、双相比最佳,抗拉强度为779MPa,屈服强度为514MPa,伸长率为35%,铁素体质量分数为49.36%。位于焊缝中心,热影响区和母材的-40℃冲击功分别达到94、64和76J。
2205 duplex stainless steel was welded by using nuclear grade Ⅰ E2209-15 electrode,and the influence of the welding heat input on the chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied.Welding heat input had a significant impact on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel which filled by nuclear grade Ⅰ E2209-15 electrode.The chemical composition,morphology of microstructure,phase proportion,mechanical properties were analyzed by energy disperse spectroscopy,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,ferritic measuring instrument,mechanical tester.Results revealed that when the welding heat input was 8.3-11.9 kJ/cm,the mechanical properties,biphasic ratio were optimal,with tensile strength 779 MPa,yield strength 514 MPa,elongation 35% and ferritic content 49.36%.The impact energy at-40℃,located at weld center,heat affected zone and base metal was reached 94 J,64 Jand 76 Jrespectively.
