2016～2018年深圳市青年吸毒人群合成毒品滥用特征分析

Analysis of Synthetic Drug Abuse Characteristics among Adolescent Drug Users in Shenzhen, 2016-2018

目的:了解深圳市青年吸毒人群合成毒品滥用的流行特征及趋势,为更好地开展青少年禁毒教育和干预提供科学依据。方法:通过检索国家药物滥用监测系统数据库,对2016~2018年深圳市青年合成毒品滥用者的人口学资料、滥用行为方式和特征以及监测情况等数据进行统计分析。结果:青年合成毒品滥用以男性(89.64%)、未婚(88.69%)、初中学历(74.41%)和无业人员(50.06%)为主要滥用人群。主要滥用药物为甲基苯丙胺/冰毒,占83.60%。合成毒品主要获得途径来自同伴(62.39%),主要滥用方式是烟枪吸(溜冰)和烫吸(踏食),占比为87.71%。滥用的主要原因是追求欣快刺激、满足好奇,主要滥用场所为朋友处、暂住地/租住屋、夜总会/KTV歌厅等。结论:应在青年人群中加大合成毒品的知识和危害的宣教力度,加大对毒品犯罪的打击力度,加强对主要滥用场所的监督和检查,也应扩大监测范围,以提高药物滥用监测覆盖率。

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of synthetic drug abuse among adolescent drug users in shenzhen,and to provide scientific basis for education and intervention of youth drug control.Methods:Demographic data,abusive behavior pattern and surveillance of adolescent who abuse synthetic drug in shenzhen during 2016 and 2018 was collected from National Drug Abuse Monitoring System Database.Results:The major group of adolescent who abuse synthetic drug was male(89.64%),unmarried(88.69%),junior high school(74.41%)and unemployed people(50.06%).83.6%adolescent drug users used methamphetamine,and the main route of acquisition was from peers(62.39%),together with the main abuse ways were through smoke gun and megathermal breath in(87.71%).The main reason for abuse was to pursue euphoria and satisfy curiosity,and the main places were friends residence,temporary residences/rental houses and nightclubs/KTV.Conclusion:It is necessary to increase the knowledge and harm of synthetic drugs in the youth population,and to increase the crackdown on drug crimes,strengthen supervision and inspection of major abuse sites,together with expand the scope of monitoring to improve drug abuse monitoring coverage.
