药物流行病学观察性研究中会存在多种时间依赖性偏倚的问题,以往研究者主要关注队列研究中可能存在的时间依赖性偏倚问题,而对病例-对照研究中可能存在的时间依赖性偏倚报道较少。时间窗偏倚是一种较为常见的发生在病例-对照研究中的时间依赖性偏倚。该综述将介绍时间窗偏倚的概念、识别与控制方法。

There are many kinds of time-dependent biases in observational studies of pharmacoepidemiology.Previous researchers mainly focused on the time-dependent biases in cohort studies,while there were few reports on the time-dependent biases in case-control studies.Time-window bias is a common kind of time-dependent bias in case-control studies.This review will introduce the concept,identification and control methods of time-window bias.
