肾为先天之本,肾气亏虚必会导致五脏六腑精气不足而变生他证。无论肾气亏虚本身还是由其引起的他证均可导致"眩晕""头痛"等症。古代医籍中虽无"高血压"病名,但与"眩晕""头痛"关系密切。从肾气亏虚及其引起的血瘀、痰湿、阳亢角度论述原发性高血压的病因病机及治疗方法,以期寻得原发性高血压治疗的新思路。

Kidney is the origin of congenital constitution, and the deficiency of it will inevitably lead to the deficiency of internal organs and lack of vitality. The kidney deficiency and the syndrome caused by it can lead to dizziness and headache. Although there is no disease name of primary hypertersion in ancient medical books, it is closely related to dizziness and headache. The etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of hypertension were discussed from the perspective of kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and dampness caused by it, in order to find new ideas for the treatment of hypertension.
