二甲双胍和阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病中医证素的影响

Effect of Metformin and Acarbose on TCM Syndrome Elements in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探索二甲双胍和阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中医证素的影响。方法选取仅用二甲双胍或仅用阿卡波糖或仅2者联用的T2DM患者164例,根据是否使用二甲双胍和/或阿卡波糖,分为单用二甲双胍组(62例)、单用阿卡波糖组(47例)及联用组(55例),采集3组的基础信息(包括年龄、性别、症状、体征、舌象及脉象等),记录用药情况,测量血压(BP),并检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。根据制定的中医证素判定表(包括气虚证、血虚证、阴虚证、阳虚证、热盛证、气滞证、湿热证、血瘀证、痰浊证九种证素),进行中医证素的判定。比较3组中医证素的分布差异,分析二甲双胍和阿卡波糖对T2DM患者中医证素的影响。结果单用二甲双胍组、单用阿卡波糖组及联用组的证素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尚未发现二甲双胍、阿卡波糖影响2型糖尿病患者中医证素的判定。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin and acarbose on TCM syndrome elements in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 164 patients with T2DM were selected with only metformin-using or only acarbose-using or only combined-using.According to the use of metformin and/or acarbose,they were divided into single metformin group(n=62),single acarbose group(n=47)and combination group(n=55).The basic information(including age,sex,symptoms,signs,tongue image and pulse image,etc.)was collected.Medication and blood pressure(BP)were recorded,and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)was detected.According to the decision table of TCM syndromes(including qi deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,yang deficiency syndrome,hot syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome,damp heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and phlegm syndrome),the TCM syndrome elements of patients were determined.The distribution differences of TCM syndrome elements in the three groups were compared,and the effects of metformin and acarbose on TCM syndrome elements in T2DM patients were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the single metformin group,single acarbose group and combination group.Conclusion It has not been found that metformin and acarbose affect the determination of TCM syndrome elements in patients with T2DM.
