健脾消积膏摩法治疗小儿便秘

Efficacy of Jianpi Xiaoji Ointment Rubbing Manipulation in Treating Corstipation in Children

目的观察健脾消积膏摩法治疗小儿便秘的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。在予2组患儿相同的基础调理的基础上,研究组采用健脾消积小儿推拿膏摩法进行治疗,对照组采用口服药物培菲康治疗。观察2组患儿的临床疗效和自拟积分量表变化情况。结果研究组总有效率为91.7%,优于对照组的72.2%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后自拟积分量表积分均降低(P<0.01),且研究组治疗后积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消积膏摩法治疗小儿便秘具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Jianpi Xiaoji Ointment Rubbing Manipulation on constipation in children. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into study group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). Children in both groups received the same basic treatment, the study group was treated with Jianpi Xiaoji Ointment Rubbing Manipulation for children, while the control group was treated with oral medicine Bifico. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of children and the changes of self-made score scale were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate (91.7%) in the study group was significantly higher than that (72.2%) in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), and the study group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoji ointment rubbing manipulation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children constipation, which avoids the difficulty of oral administration of drugs and the side effects of drugs and is suitable for clinical promotion.
