头穴针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛伴焦虑抑郁

Scalp Acupuncture in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia with Anxiety and Depression

目的观察头穴针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛伴焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛伴焦虑抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用局部围刺配合电针夹脊穴,治疗组在对照组基础上配以神庭、本神、头维穴治疗。治疗1个疗程后进行疗效比较,并以疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS、HAMD和HAMA评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后VAS、HAMD和HAMA评分与治疗后对照组评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头穴针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛伴焦虑抑郁疗效显著,可明显减轻患者疼痛,改善患者焦虑抑郁状态。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with anxiety and depression. Methods Sixty patients with postherpetic neuralgia with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local surround needling combined with electro-acupuncture on Jiaji (EXB2), and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture Shenting (GV24), Benshen (GB13) and Touwei (ST8) on the basis of the control group. After one treating period, the efficacy was evaluated by pain visual analogue scale (VAS), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA). Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of VAS, HAMD and HAMA after treatment were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). after treatment, the scores of VAS, HAMD and HAMA in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Scalp acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia with anxiety and depression, which can significantly reduce the pain of patients and improve the anxiety and depression of patients.
