运载火箭薄壁加筋壳段装配螺栓力矩值定量设定技术研究

摘要 本文从被螺接件的接触刚度的角度给出螺栓施加的力矩值,考虑被螺接件的表面被连接件粗糙度(影响P)、材料(影响P)、使用环境(影响S)、螺栓直径(影响d)因子,根据螺接被螺接件刚度曲线,避开被螺接件的接触面大量微观波峰弹、塑性变形而导致的接触刚度骤降的螺栓预紧力区间,得出螺栓合理的力矩值,对装配螺栓力矩值定量设定技术的理论研究进行了一次有益的尝试。 The screw joint surface roughness by fitting(P) was considered. The material influence(P), by use of environmental influence(S), bolt diameter(d) factor, according to the stiffness curve of the spigot, avoid the prefastening force interval of the bolt whose contact stiffness plummeted due to a large number of microscope wave peaks elastic and plastic deformation on the contact surface, the reasonable torque value of the bolt was obtained. A useful attempt was made on the theoretical research of the quantitative setting technology of assembly bolt moment value.
