摘要 本文用集成的三维实体模型完整地表达卫星产品定义信息,即将设计和工艺信息共同定义到卫星产品的三维数字化模型中。通过将卫星产品进行装配单元规划,在一定的产品功能和装配关系下,将产品划分为若干零部件、直属件等信息的集合,构建功能单元模型,融合知识工程、过程模拟和产品标准规范等,将抽象、分散的知识更加形象和集中,实现卫星产品装配工艺设计的数字化和可视化。 The integrated three-dimensional solid model was used to express the satellite product definition information.The design and process information were defined together into the three-dimensional digital model of satellite products.The assembly unit partitioning of satellite products was put forward.The products were divided into a number of parts and components,which was used to construct functional unit models,integrate knowledge engineering,process simulation and product standards under certain product functions and assembly relations Norms,etc.The abstract and decentralized knowledge could be more image and concentration.The digitalization and visualization assembly process of the satellite product were realized.
