摘要
对平板阀的液动力进行理论分析以及液动力计算公式的推导;对常规平板阀进行流场仿真计算,得出平板阀稳态液动力力矩的分布规律,根据压力场的分析,优化平板阀的结构,使得平板阀稳态液动力力矩减小,达到优化效果。
This paper carries out theoretical analysis of plate valve fluid power and deduces the formula of fluid dynamics.The conventional plate valve flow field simulation calculation.Draw a flat steady-state fluid power valve torque distribution.According to the analysis of the pressure field.Optimize the structure of plate valve.make the table steady-state fluid power valve torque decreases,and to optimize the effect.
