Meta analysis on effects of music therapy on preoperative anxiety of patients

[目的]分析音乐疗法对患者术前焦虑的影响.[方法]利用中文数据库检索有关音乐疗法缓解术前焦虑的随机对照研究文献,检索时限为2000年1月至2018年12月,根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献,提取资料,并对纳入的文献进行质量评价后采用RevMan 5.2软件进行分析.[结果]共纳入4篇文献,统计分析结果显示音乐疗法可有效缓解患者术前焦虑水平[WMD=-8.44,95%CI(-9.41,-7.47),P<0.00001].[结论]音乐疗法可缓解患者术前焦虑情绪.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effects of music therapy on preoperative anxiety of patients.METHODS Randomized controlled studies literatures on music therapy for alleviating preoperative anxiety were retrieved(from January 2000to December 2018)using Chinese database.The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.After extracting data and appraising the quality of the included literatures,RevMan 5.2software was used for statistical analysis.RESULTSA total of 4literatures were included.The results of statistical analysis showed that music therapy could effectively relieve the preoperative anxiety of the patients[WMD=-8.44,95%CI(-9.41,-7.47),P<0.00001].CONCLUSION Music therapy could relieve the preoperative anxiety of the patients.
