药物超敏反应综合征1例

摘要 药物超敏反应综合征(DIHS)是一种严重的全身药物不良反应,主要临床表现为皮疹,伴发热、淋巴结肿大、血液学指标水平异常(嗜酸性粒细胞和异型淋巴细胞增多)及以肝功能损伤为主的多器官功能受累,多见于成人,发病率为1/1000~1/10000.据国外报道,DIHS死亡率为10%~20%,肝功能衰竭被认为可能是首要死亡原因[1].目前DIHS的发病机制尚不明确,因临床表现复杂多样,易被误诊.延边大学附属医院于2017年12月7日收治了1例DIHS患者,现报告如下.
