Simultaneous Determination of Six Heavy Metals in Gorgon Fruit from Different Origins by ICP-MS

目的:建立等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定不同产地芡实药材中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg和As等6种重金属含量的方法,并采用聚类分析进行质量评价。方法:测定时选取同位素208Pb和202Hg以209Bi作内标物质,114Cd以115In作内标物质,63Cu、52Cr以47Sc作内标物,75As以73Ge作内标物质,微波消解后,采用ICP-MS同时测定不同产地芡实药材中6种重金属元素的含量。结果:采用SPSS 20软件对不同产地的芡实药材中6种重金属含量进行系统聚类分析后,发现部分产地的芡实药材中有镉、铬、砷和汞等元素超标现象,不同产地的芡实药材中6种金属元素含量差异较大,6种金属元素的线性相关系数均大于0.9971,平均加样回收率在81.05%~97.97%之间,RSD均小于5.0%。结论:该方法具有操作简单,分析速度快,准确度高的优点,可以用于不同产地芡实药材中6种重金属元素的含量测定及其质量评价。

Objective:To determine six heavy metals(Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg and As)in gorgon fruit from different origins by an ICP-MS method,and evaluate the quality by a cluster analysis method.Methods:The internal standard solution of 209Bi,115In,47Sc and 73Ge was applied to the determination of lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury and arsenic.An ICP-MS method was used to determine the six heavy metal elements in gorgon fruit from different origins after the samples were digested by microwave.Results:The contents of Cd,As and Hg in the samples from some areas exceeded the standard limits,and the contents of the six heavy metal elements in gorgon fruit from twenty-two different origins had obvious differences analyzed by the cluster analysis method with SPSS 20 software.The linear correlation coefficients of the six elements were above 0.9971 and the average recoveries were from 81.05%-91.97%with the RSDs below 5.0%.Conclusion:The developed method has such advantages as simple operation,rapid analysis and high accuracy,which can be used for the determination of six heavy metal elements in gorgon fruit from different origins and quality evaluation.
