降钙素治疗伴骨髓水肿的膝骨关节炎的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨降钙素治疗伴骨髓水肿的膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2017年8月绍兴第二医院80例伴骨髓水肿的膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用鲑降钙素注射液50 IU肌内注射(1次/d),同时口服碳酸钙D3片600 mg(1次/d)、骨化三醇软胶囊0.25μg(2次/d);对照组口服碳酸钙D3片600 mg(1次/d)、骨化三醇软胶囊0.25μg(2次/d)。连续3个月为一疗程,最终治疗组和对照组分别有38例、36例完成。观察治疗前后膝关节骨关节炎西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(western Ontario and McMaster university osteoarthritis index, WOMAC)评分变化。结果治疗后,2组膝关节WOMAC评分均有不同程度的降低,治疗组WOMAC评分下降更明显;治疗6周、3个月后,2组膝关节WOMAC评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论降钙素治疗伴骨髓水肿的膝骨关节炎WOMAC评分下降明显,疗效满意。
