摘要
通过对比试验,以锅炉受热面管屏为实施对象,研究了静电涂料施工过程的涂料电阻率及黏度、喷涂距离、喷涂压力、喷涂角度等对涂装效果的影响。试验结果表明:当喷涂距离选择250~3 50 mm、进气压力选择0.2 5~0.4 0 MPa、涂料黏度选择18~25 s、涂料电阻率控制在10~4 0 MΩ·cm、喷涂夹角控制在5°~15°时,锅炉受热面产品的整体外观质量较佳。
The important influence factors including viscosity and resistivity of coating,spraying distance,inlet pressure,spraying angle on electrostatic spraying on coating quality were studied in the boiler heating surface by experimental method.The result showed that when the spraying distance,inlet pressure,viscosity,resistivity of coating and spraying angle were 250〜350 mm,0.25〜0.40 MPa,18〜25 s,10〜40 MΩ·cm and 5°〜15°,better film appearance of boiler heating surface can be obtained.
