党的十八大以来,构建人类命运共同体的倡议在国际社会得到广泛认可。在当今世界充满不稳定性,"逆全球化"思潮兴起的背景下,人类命运共同体理念愈发彰显出其强大生命力。人类命运共同体理念坚持以对话协商取代冲突对抗,以共建共享应对动荡霸权,以合作共赢走出经济低谷,以交流互鉴促进文化发展,以绿色低碳应对环境恶化,以期建设一个"持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽""五位一体"的美好世界,这是顺应世界历史发展潮流,应对全球治理困境的中国智慧和中国方案。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC), the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind has been widely recognized in the international community.Under the background that the world is full of instability and uncertainty as well as the rise of the trend of " anti-globalization", the concept of the community of shared future for mankind has increasingly shown its strong vitality.The concept of human destiny community insists on dialogue and consultation to replace conflict confrontation, co-building and sharing to cope with turbulent hegemony,win-win cooperation to go out of the economic trough,exchange and mutual learning to promote cultural development,green and low-carbon to response to environmental degradation.In order to build a " lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity,openness and tolerance,clean and beautiful""five-in-one" world,which is a Chinese wisdom and a Chinese solution to the global governance dilemma in line with the trend of world history.
