摘要
目的 介绍一种建立Wistar大鼠全厚植皮模型的实验方法,提高Wistar大鼠植皮手术成功率。方法 清洁级Wistar大鼠12只,雄性,3月龄,体质量300~330 g,按照称重与麻醉、备皮与标记、大鼠固定与消毒、全厚皮片切取与修剪、全厚皮片回植以及采取避免大鼠啃咬及挠抓的措施这一实验流程,建立全厚植皮模型。结果 本组12只Wistar大鼠侧胸部植皮片全部成活,无一例发生皮片感染及坏死。术后大鼠进食正常,可自由活动,饲养1~2月,无大鼠发生非正常死亡。结论 本实验建立的实验方法简单有效,为相关的研究提供了具体的实验方法。
Objective A method of establishing full-thickness skin graft model of Wistar rat was introduced to improve the success rate of Wistar skin grafting.Method Twelve clean Wistar rats,male,3 month old,and weight 300-330 g,were used to establish a full-thickness skin grafting model by weighing and anaesthesia,skin preparation and labeling,rat fixation and disinfection,cutting and pruning all thick skin slices,full thickness skin graft,and taking measures to avoid gnawing and scratching of rats.Result In the 12 Wistar rats,all the skin grafts on the lateral chest survived and no skin infection and necrosis occurred.After the operation,the rats were able to move freely and fed for 1-2 months without any animal death.Conclusion The experimental method established in this experiment is simple and effective,and provides a specific experimental method for relevant research,which is worthy of popularization and application.
