摘要
社会组织人才是我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,其发展程度直接关系社会组织发展与和谐社会构建。从岗位类型、岗位所属区域、岗位所涉领域、用工类型、学历层次、工作经历、薪酬水平七个维度构建社会组织人才供需指数,有助于科学评判社会组织人才紧缺程度,引导社会组织求职者良性流动,对政府相关政策制定、高校人才培养以及社会组织管理实务也有较强的指导意义。
Social Organization Talents are an important part of the talent team in China,and their development is directly related to the development of social organization and the construction of harmonious society.This paper is trying to build talent supply and demand index of China's Social Organizations from the following seven dimensions:position type,area,job field involved,the types of employment,education background,work experience and salary level.The index of social organization talent supply and demand will not only help scientifically evaluation degree of social organization talent shortage,guide benign flow of the social organization job seekers,but also has a strong guiding significance to the government policy,cultivation of talents in colleges and social organization management practice.
