工作本位视域下公益慈善管理人才培养模式探索——以南京工业大学浦江学院为例

Exploration of the training model of philanthropy management talents from the perspective of work based training——Taking Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute as an example

公益慈善事业的快速发展迫切需要培养一大批能胜任公益慈善管理工作的专业化、职业化人才。高校如何适应社会发展需要,构建科学有效的人才培养模式,培养公益慈善行业需要的专业人才,是值得探索和研究的课题。文章以南京工业大学浦江学院公共事业管理(公益慈善管理)本科专业为例,论述了浦江学院运用工作本位人才培养模式培养应用型、复合型公益慈善管理人才的探索,阐述了工作本位教育理念在制定公益慈善管理人才培养目标、培养要求、课程体系和教学方式中的意义和作用,分析了工作本位人才培养模式在公益慈善管理人才培养中的实现路径。

The rapid development of philanthropy industry urgently needs to cultivate a large number of specialized and professional talents who can be qualified for philanthropy management.How to adapt to the needs of social development,build a scientific and effective talent training model,and cultivate the professional talents needed for the philanthropy industry is a topic worth exploring and researching.Taking the undergraduate major of Philanthropy Managementof Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Instituteas an example,this paper discusses the exploration of Pujianglnstituteusing the work-based training model to cultivate applied and compound philanthropy management talents,and expounds the significance and role of the work-based trainingmodel in the development of the training objectives,training specifications,curriculum system and teaching methods in philanthropy management specialty.Final,the realization path of the work-based training modelin the cultivation of philanthropy management talents is analyzed.
