全范围模拟机是核电厂机组执照操纵员培训和考试的重要设备。模拟机质保期内数据升级是模拟机建造项目的最后一环,也是决定模拟机最终交付质量的关键,为此对数据升级与测试的关键技术进行探讨。基于阳江核电一期工程全范围模拟机项目经验整理完成,在此基础上提出数据升级与测试需要遵循科学严谨的项目管理流程与测试方法,建立完善的阶段测试管理程序,培养具有丰富项目经验的人员,借助适用的项目辅助管理工具,确保提高模拟机质量,真正实现与参考机组的高一致性。

Full Scope Simulator is the important equipment for the training and examination of the unit operators.The data upgrade in the warranty period of the simulator is the last link in the construction project of the simulator and the key to the final delivery quality of the simulator.Based on the project experience of Yang Jiang nuclear power plant project in the first phase,the paper proposed that the data upgrade and tests should follow the scientific and rigorous project management process and test methods,a perfect phase test management program should be established,and people should be trained to obtain rich project experience and with the help of the applicable project assistant management tool,to garantee that the quality of the simulator is improved,and the high consistency with the reference unit is realized.
