银黑狐、蓝狐及其杂交后代准备配种期和配种期MEIG1基因的表达规律

MEIG1 Gene Expression in Foxes and Their Hybrids during Preparative Mating Period and Breeding Period

摘要 采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对准备配种期和配种期的银黑狐、蓝狐及其杂交后代减数分裂表达基因1(Meiosis expressed gene 1,MEIG1)表达水平进行了比较分析。结果表明:在准备配种期和配种期MEIG1基因在银黑狐、蓝狐、银霜狐(银黑狐♀×蓝狐♂)和蓝霜狐(银黑狐♂×蓝狐♀)睾丸中均有表达。准备配种期和配种期,MEIG1基因在可育的银黑狐、蓝狐睾丸中表达量显著高于不育的银霜狐、蓝霜狐(P<0.01);在可育的银黑狐、蓝狐中,配种期MEIG1基因表达量较准备配种期极显著升高(P<0.01),但是在不育的银霜狐、蓝霜狐中表达量差异不显著(P>0.05)。 Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technique was used to compare the MEIG1 gene expression of silver fox,blue fox and the hybrid during the preparative mating period and the breeding period.The results show that MEIG1 was expressed in the testis of silver fox,blue fox,HBS and HSB.During the preparative mating period and the breeding period,the expression of the MEIG1 gene in fertile silver and blue foxes was significantly higher than that in infertile HBS and HSB foxes(P<0.01).In silver and blue foxes during the breeding period,the expression of the MEIG1 gene was significantly higher than that during the preparative mating period(P<0.01)while the expression in HBS and HSB had no significant differences during the preparative mating period and the breeding period(P>0.05).
