骨密度评价鹿茸质量等级研究

Evaluation of Quality Grade of Velvet Antler (Cervus nippon Temminck) by Bone Density

摘要 为建立以骨密度为定量指标评价鹿茸质量标准,在传统的梅花鹿二杠茸分等质量的基础上,采用双能X线骨密度仪随机检测鹿茸的骨密度,分析鹿茸质量骨密度与其质量等级之间的关系。结果表明:整枝茸和茸根的质量骨密度大小依次均为等外茸、三等茸、二等茸和一等茸;每组各等级间的差异均显著(P<0.05);鹿茸等级与整枝和茸根质量骨密度的相关系数分别为0.636和0.645,相关显著,均属中等直线相关;各等级的95%置信区间互相分离,没有重叠。质量骨密度实现了差异较小的不同等级质量的二杠茸划分区别,研究出以茸根质量骨密度划分梅花鹿二杠茸质量的分级标准:每千克质量骨密度一等茸≤3.316g/cm^2,二等茸≤4.485 g/cm^2,三等茸≤6.511 g/cm^2,等外茸>6.511 g/cm^2。 To establish the standard for evaluating the grade quality of velvet antler with bone density as the index.Methods:On the basis of the traditional grading quality of sika deer's two branched velvet antler,bone density of velvet antler was randomly determined by the Double Energy X-ray Absorptiometry;The relationship between weight bone density and grade quality of velvet antler was studied.Results:The first level,the second level,the third level and the fourth level were divided by weight bone density of whole branch and root of velvet antler in order.Especially,there were statistically significant differences during the process(P<0.05).The correlation coefficients between antler grade and bone density of whole branch and root were 0.636 and 0.645,respectively.The 95 percent confidence intervals of the levels were separated from each other without overlap,weight bone density can be used to distinguish the different grades of velvet antler quality with specially small differences;the grading quality standard of sika deer's two branched velvet antler was deter・mined according to weight bone density of velvet antler root:1st level≤3.316 g/(cm^2•kg),2nd level≤4.485 g/(cm^2•kg),3rd leve≤6.511 g/(cm^2•kg),4th level>6.511 g/(cm^2•kg).
