国外一些政党开展党内政治生活的得失探析

An Analysis of Gains and Losses of Some Foreign Political Parties in Developing Inner-party Political Life

正常而有效地开展党内政治生活是一个政党保持凝聚力、向心力和感召力的现实要求。但当今国外许多政党受内外环境的深刻影响,党内政治生活难以开展或者走偏跑调甚至转向,给该党带来严重冲击。近期国外一些政党注重从思想、制度机制和方式方法上重构和规范党内生活,收笼党心,提高党的行动能力。国外政党的相关经验教训,对于我党在新时代新形势下推进全面从严治党具有某些借鉴与启迪意义,值得跟踪和研究。

To develop inner-party political life normally and effectively is a realistic requirement for a political party to maintain cohesion, centripetal force and charisma. However, many foreign political parties are deeply affected by the internal and external environment, which makes it difficult for them to carry out their inner-party life, or to deviate, or even change direction, incurring serious impact to the parties. Recently, some foreign political parties have paid attention to reconstruct or standardize the inner-party political life in terms of ideology, system and institutions, mechanisms and methods, in order to consolidate the party’s unity and enhance its capacity to act. The relevant experiences and lessons of foreign political parties are of some reference and enlightening significance to our Party to strictly administrate the Party in an all-round way in the new era, which is worth tracking and studying.
