论社会性小农与现代农业新技术的衔接——基于广西平原地区农技推广服务的考察

On the connection between social small-scale peasant and new modern agricultural technology:Based on the investigation of agricultural technology extension service in Guangxi Plain

在缺乏良好社会组织机制的普通农业型地区,“现代农业与小农如何衔接”的问题可锁定为“现代农业新技术与小农如何衔接”的问题。“社会性小农”的本质特征是“在与他人的比较中定位和决定自己的行为和行为时间”。由于“社会性”对小农农业生产技术使用的型构,农技推广服务所供给的现代农业新技术在试图取代或转化“社会性小农”所自发选择的农业技术时遭遇了严重梗阻,农技推广服务与“社会性小农”之间出现适配困境。故此,农技推广服务就只能绕开小农的“社会性”寻求突围。干部的示范和带头作用,小农家庭发展观中的契机,以及边缘生产者对农技指导的渴求,都在“社会性小农”的生产逻辑之外,为现代农业新技术与小农生产的有效衔接预备了空间。

In common agricultural areas without organizational mechanism,the question of"how to link modern agriculture with small-scale peasants"can be locked into the question of"how to link new modern agricultural technologies with small-scale peasants".The essential characteristic of"small-scale peasant"is"to locate and determine one's own behavior and time in comparison with others".Due to the structure adopted by"sociality"for agrarian production technology,the new modern agricultural technology provided by the agricultural technology extension service encountered serious obstruction,so the adaptation dilemma between the agricultural technology extension service and"social small-scale peasant"appeared.Therefore,agricultural technology extension services can only bypass the"sociality"of small-scale peasants to seek breakthrough.The demonstration and leading role of cadres,the opportunity in the development concept of small-scale farmers'families,and the desire of marginal producers for agricultural technology guidance are all outside the production logic of"social small-scale farmers",providing space for the effective connection of modern agricultural new technology and small-scale agricultural production.
