固化压力对复合材料层压板力学性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 孔隙的存在是碳纤维复合材料层压板固化成型过程中不可避免的缺陷,并且会对其性能产生很大的影响。复合材料层压板构件成型过程中,固化压力是影响制件内部孔隙大小的一个重要固化成型参数。通过施加不同的固化压力,制备了0、0.15、0.35 M Pa三种不同固化压力的复合材料层压板试样,对试样进行了无损探伤、显微检测、层间剪切与弯曲实验,对比分析了实验件的无损探伤结果、显微结构和力学性能。结果表明,层压板样件内部孔隙会因固化压力的减小而增大,并沿着铺层方向扩展,以致于出现层压板分层,同时导致复合材料层压板的剪切强度与弯曲强度降低。 The existence of voids was an inevitable defect in the curing and molding process of carbon fiber composite laminates,and could have a detrimental impact on its performance.During the molding process of composite laminate components,the curing pressure was an important curing and molding parameter which could affect the voids size inside the part.Composite laminate samples were prepared by different curing pressures of 0,0.15 and 0.35 MPa.Non-destructive testing,microscopic testing,interlaminar shearing and bending experiments were used to study and analyze the nondestructive testing results,microstructure and mechanical properties of the experimental parts.The results indicate that the internal voids of the laminate sample increases with the curing pressure decreases and expands along the layup direction.Therefore,laminate occurs delamination,which causes shear strength and flexural strength of composite laminates decreasing.
