单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合干扰素α-1b治疗小儿手足口病的效果 被引量:1

Therapeutic effect of combination of adenosine monophosphate and interferon alpha-1b on hand, foot and mouth disease in children

摘要 目的探讨单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合干扰素α-1b治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年5月洛阳市第一人民医院82例小儿手足口病患儿,将其分为两组。对照组41例,采取干扰素α-1b治疗;观察组41例,在此基础上,联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。采取免疫比浊法检测免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、IgG等指标,使用生化分析仪检测乳酸脱氢同工酶(LDH-1)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等指标。对比两组患儿的口腔溃疡愈合、疱疹消退、体温恢复及住院时间。分析两组患儿的不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的IgM[(1.45±0.18)g/L]、IgG[(9.09±1.24)g/L]水平明显高于对照组[(1.26±0.17)g/L、(8.48±1.16)g/L],CK-MB[(19.97±2.56)U/L]、LDH-1[(54.24±5.56)U/L]水平低于对照组[(33.35±4.04)U/L、(78.78±9.79)U/L](P<0.05)。观察组患儿的口腔溃疡愈合、疱疹消退、体温恢复及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。患儿治疗期间不良反应率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对小儿手足口病患儿采取干扰素α-1b+单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗可缩短康复时间,同时可减轻患儿心肌损伤,改善其免疫功能,应用效果良好。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of adenosine monophosphate combined with interferon alpha-1 b on hand, foot and mouth disease in children.Methods Eighty-two children with hand, foot and mouth disease in the First People’s Hospital of Luoyang from July 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups. Forty-one cases in the control group were treated with interferon alpha-1 b and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with adenosine monophosphate. Immunoturbidimetric assay was used to detect immunoglobulin M(IgM), IgG and other indicators. Biochemical analyzer was used to detect lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme(LDH-1), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and other indicators. The healing of oral ulcer, herpes subsidence, temperature recovery and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. The adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment, the levels of IgM[(1.45±0.18)g/L] and IgG[(9.09±1.24)g/L] in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(1.26±0.17)g/L,(8.48±1.16)g/L], and the levels of CK-MB[(19.97±2.56)U/L] and LDH-1[(54.24±5.56)U/L] were lower than those in the control group[(33.35±4.04)U/L,(78.78±9.79)U/L]](P<0.05). The healing of oral ulcer, herpes subsidence, temperature recovery and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The treatment of interferon alpha-1 b+ adenosine monophosphate in children with hand, foot and mouth disease can shorten the recovery time, reduce the myocardial injury and improve the immune function of children, and the application effect is good.
