摘要
复合地层是指具有2种及以上物理特性差别很大的不均衡地质条件的地层。在复合地层中盾构掘进易造成刀具异常磨损或损坏。以南京地铁4号线4标工程为实例,从水文地质出发,通过盾构刀具的配置、盾构施工掘进参数控制、渣土改良等技术措施,以达到有效保护刀盘刀具、延长刀具使用寿命、提高生产效率、降低安全风险的目的。
Composite formation refers to the formation with two or more different physical characteristics of unbalanced geological conditions. It is easy for shield tunneling to cause abnormal wear or damage of cutting tools in composite strata. Taking the No.4 section of Nanjing metro line 4 project as an example, this paper, starting from hydrogeology, takes some technical measures such as shield cutter configuration, shield construction tunneling parameter control, dregs improvement, etc., in order to effectively protect the cutter, extend the tool service life, improve production efficiency and reduce safety risk.
