Emulsified asphalt cold recycling has greater advantages than hot mix asphalt, this paper combining with engineering example,analyzes the key points of quality control in the construction supervision of cold recycled surface layer of plant-mixed emulsified asphalt,and analyzes and compares the advantages of emulsified asphalt cooling from the aspects of engineering economic benefits, to provide reference to related engineering.
