摘要
为反映铁路、公路隧道工程在新一轮概预算编制办法和定额条件下的造价水平差异,为各级铁路隧道施工组织管理者进行造价管理提供参考。论文以样本隧道为载体,从编制办法、定额水平和综合指标3个层次量化对比分析铁路隧道工程造价水平与公路隧道工程造价水平的差异,得出了虽然高速铁路隧道的设计标准和质量标准均高于高速公路,但是铁路隧道工程综合造价指标低于公路18.5%~27.4%的结论。
In order to reflect the difference of cost level between railway and highway tunnel engineering under the new round of budget estimation method and quota condition, and provide reference for railway tunnel construction organization managers at all levels to carry out cost management. This paper takes sample tunnel as carrier and quantitatively compares the difference between railway tunnel engineering cost level and that of highway tunnel engineering from three levels, compilation method, quota level and comprehensive index.It is concluded that the design standard and quality standard of high speed railway tunnel are higher than those of expressway, but the comprehensive cost index of railway tunnel engineering is lower than 18.5% ~ 27.4% of highway.
