Research on Project Management and Cost Control of Small Water Conservancy Projects

我国小型水利工程的项目越来越多,为了提高小型水利工程的施工质量和经济效益,应提高项目管理与工程造价控制水平。论文分别从项目管理与工程造价控制两个方面入手,分析了其中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

There are more and more small water conservancy projects in our country. In order to improve the construction quality and economic benefits of small water conservancy projects, we should improve the level of project management and project cost control. This paper analyzes the existing problems from two aspects of project management and project cost control, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
