摘要
本实验在已有的酰基化反应研究基础上,采用了三种不同的酰化剂和邻甲苯胺进行傅克酰基化反应,最终合成3-甲基-4-氨基苯乙酮;通过对实验结果进行分析,发现乙酸酐作为酰化剂时的效果最优;并考察了以乙酸酐作为酰化剂时,n(乙酸酐)∶n(邻甲苯胺)的投料比为2.5,反应温度70℃时,产率最高,可达到73.2%。
On the basis of the existing acylation reaction,three different acylation agents and o-toluene were used to synthesize 3-methyl-4-aminoacetophenone,and it was found that acetic anhydride had the best effect when it was used as acylation agent.When acetic anhydride was used as acylating agent,the feed ratio of,n(acetic anhydride)∶n(o-toluene was 2.5 and the yield was 73.2% at 70 ℃.
