4-(2-吡啶基偶氮)-间苯二胺的合成及光谱分析

摘要 4-(2-吡啶基偶氮)-间苯二胺(化合物1),以2-氨基吡啶、间苯二胺为原料,通过经典重氮化-偶合反应制备。本文分析了重氮化试剂的制备,通过红外光谱对化合物1进行了表征。在pH值=1.0~6.0范围,对化合物1的紫外光谱进行了研究,化合物具有较大的摩尔吸光系数,随着碱性增强峰形有所改变,最大吸收峰发生红移。 4-(2-Pyridylazo)-m-phenylenediamine(compound 1) was prepared from 2-aminopyridine and m-phenylenediamine by classical diazotization-coupling reaction. The preparation of diazotization reagent were analyzed. Compound 1 was characterized by Infrared spectroscopy. In the range of pH=1.0~6.0,the ultraviolet spectra of compound 1 were studied. The 1 has a large molar absorption coefficient. With the increase of alkalinity,the maximum absorption peak shifts red accompanied by the change of the peak shape.
