摘要
六氟异丙醇(HFIP)本身具有独特的性质,近些年来在有机反应中得到了广泛应用,尤其在碳碳成键反应当中,如:Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应,Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应,Micheal加成反应,多烯串联环化反应等。本文主要对HFIP的性质以及其在碳碳成键反应中的相关应用进行综述,为该天然产物、药物碳骨架的构建提供指引。
Hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP) has unique properties and has been widely used in organic reactions in recent years,especially in carbon-carbon bonding reactions,such as:Friedel-Crafts alkylation,Friedel-Crafts Acylation reaction,Micheal addition reaction,Cation-Olefin Polycyclizations reaction.This paper reviews the properties of HFIP and its related applications in carbon-carbon bonding reactions,and provides guidance for the construction of this natural product and drug carbon skeleton.
