摘要
近年来肺炎克雷伯菌逐渐成为仅次于大肠埃希菌引起医院感染的重要病原菌,根据该菌的毒力不同,可将该菌分为高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌和普通肺炎克雷伯菌。经研究发现,hvKP的毒力因子包括:荚膜多糖,菌毛,脂多糖和铁的摄入。随着肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶KPC、NDM等的水平播,已经出现了碳青霉烯耐药的高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌(cr-hvKP)。本文将对hvKP的相关毒力基因及耐药相关情况作具体介绍。
In recent years,Klebsiella pneumoniae has become an important pathogen after hospital infection caused by Escherichia coli.According to the virulence of the bacteria,the bacteria can be divided into highly toxic Klebsiella pneumoniae and Common Klebsiella pneumoniae.Studies have found that the virulence factors of hvKP include:capsular polysaccharide,pili,lipopolysaccharide and iron intake.With the horizontal sowing of K.pneumoniae carbapenemase KPC,NDM,etc.carbapenem-resistant and highly virulent Klebsiella pneumoniae(cr-hvKP) has emerged.This article will introduce the related virulence genes and drug resistance related to hvKP.
