浅析不凝性气体对冷冻机组的影响

摘要 通过对螺杆式氟利昂冷冻机组在系统内存有不凝性气体的工况进行研究,明确排气压力、温度、过热度升高;油温升高是典型的系统中存在不凝性气体的现象。分析不凝性气体存在的原因及去除的方法,得出结论,不凝性气体的存在不仅降低冷冻机组的效率,还严重威胁机组运行安全,可以采用高点排放或停车置换的方法去除。 By studying the working condition of non-condensable gas in the system memory of screw freon refrigerating unit,it is clear that the rising of exhaust pressure,temperature,superheat and oil temperature is a typical phenomenon of non-condensable gas in the system.The reason of non-condensable gas and the method of removing it were analyzed.The conclusion is drawn that the existence of non-condensing gas not only reduces the efficiency of the refrigerating unit,but also seriously threatens the operation safety of the unit,High point discharge or parking replacement can be used to remove.
