摘要
针对食品营养与食品安全公共选修课存在的问题,对食品营养与食品安全课程的教学进行了改革实践。在教学内容上进行精选,在教学方法上实施多元化教学,开设食品制作与检测项目,以提高学生学习的积极性,达到预期的教学效果。
In view of the problem existing in the public elective courses of food nutrition and food safety, the teaching of food nutrition and food safety was reformed and practiced.In order to improve students’ learing enthusiasm and achieve the expected teaching effect,the teaching content should be carefully selected, diversified teaching methods should be implemented, food making and testing projects should be set up.
