In recent years,accidents happen occasionally in chemical enterprises,and negative reports are common,which make the society full of alert and crisis sense to chemical industry. In the face of such a situation,as a professional teacher and a new head teacher of the school of medicine and chemical engineering,it’s necessary to pay attention to guiding students’ psychology,to improve teaching in class and to cultivate craftsman spirit,so as to guide students to establish a correct concept of employment and professionalism,rekindle their passion for learning,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprise posts.
