铁铜合金脱除硝酸盐氮的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着工业的迅速发展,工厂生产排放的大量废水导致自然水体中硝酸盐的含量逐渐增加。硝酸盐在人体内可以被还原为亚硝酸盐,长期饮用硝酸盐含量超标的水将会对人类的健康造成巨大威胁。利用铁铜合金作为反应物和催化剂共同作用,将废水中的硝酸盐氮转化为氮气及少量亚硝酸盐氮,可以有效减少废水中的硝酸盐氮的含量改善水体水质。探究在不同的pH、不同温度以及时间下硝酸盐氮的脱除率。结果表明,常温下,铜负载率为4%,pH值为2时,硝酸盐氮脱除率最大能达到94.79%。 With the rapid development of industry, a large number of wastewater discharged from factory production leads to a gradual increase in nitrate content in natural water.Nitrate can be reduced to nitrite in human body.Drinking water with excessive nitrate content for a long time will pose a great threat to human health.Using iron-copper alloy as reactant and catalyst to convert nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen and a small amount of nitrous nitrogen in wastewater can effectively reduce the content of nitrate nitrogen in wastewater and improve the water quality.The removal rate of nitrate nitrogen at different pH, different temperature and time was studied.The experimental results show that the loading rate of copper is 4% and pH is 2 at room temperature.The maximum removal rate of nitrate nitrogen is 94.79%.
