基于两级旋流+超滤膜组合法净化工业气体中超微细雾滴的研究

摘要 在化工、炼钢、石化和发电等社会生产过程中,均会产生一定量的废气,废气中常夹带有一定数量、大小不一的液相雾滴,需设法将其除去。本研究介绍了一种旋流+超滤膜组合去除工业气体中超微细雾滴的方法。工业气体中的雾滴通常粒径小、密度轻,或具有强腐蚀性甚至易聚合形成大分子物质,从而易造成设备腐蚀、管道堵塞、产品质量低下等问题。针对上述问题,研究工作利用高效且易操作的气液旋流分离器和气态超滤膜按一定的组合顺序和手段搭建了新型除雾工艺,通过对两级旋流器进行选型,设置所用旋流器的高径比,确定所用超滤膜材料,在不吸收气体原料、满足旋流器和气态超滤膜正常运行的条件下,以较小占地面积的旋流高径比和最少的超滤膜材料用量达到最大的吸附效果,高效、快速的净化工业气体中的雾滴。该技术适用于工业气体中的超微细雾滴杂质的吸附,在大规模工程应用方面具有很好的应用前景。 During the process of social production,such as chemical,steelmaking,petrochemical and power generation,a certain amount of exhaust gas will be produced,and there are always a certain number of liquid droplets in the waste gas,which need to be removed.In this paper,a method for removing ultrafine droplets from industrial gas by cyclone ultrafiltration membrane combination is introduced.The droplets in industrial gases usually have small particle size,light density,strong corrosiveness or even polymerization to form macromolecular substances,which can easily lead to equipment corrosion,pipe clogging,low product quality and so on.In view of the above problems,the research work uses efficient and easy-to-operate gas.The liquid cyclone separator and the gas ultrafiltration membrane are combined in a certain order and means to build a new type of defogging process.By selecting the two-stage hydrocyclone,the height-diameter ratio of the cyclone was set up,and the ultrafiltration membrane material used is determined.Under the condition of not absorbing gas raw material and satisfying the normal operation of cyclone and gas ultrafiltration membrane,the maximum adsorption effect and high efficiency can be achieved with the ratio of swirl height to diameter and the minimum amount of ultrafiltration membrane material.Quickly purify droplets from industrial gases.This technology is suitable for adsorption of ultrafine droplets in industrial gases and has a good application prospect in large-scale engineering applications.
