IL-1β、TNF-α联合IL-6对胃癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of IL-1 beta,TNF-alpha Combined with IL-6 in Gastric Cancer

目的研究白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)联合白介素-6(IL-6)对胃癌的诊断价值。方法选择240例胃癌患者为观察组,240例体检健康者为对照组。比较2组的血清IL-1β、TNF-α以及IL-6水平,并观察血清IL-1β、TNF-α以及IL-6水平与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。结果观察组的血清IL-1β、TNF-α以及IL-6水平明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。血清IL-1β、TNF-α以及IL-6水平与胃癌患者的临床分期(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期),分化程度(中高分化、低分化),淋巴结转移(有、无)有关系(P <0. 05)。结论胃癌患者的血清IL-1β、TNF-α以及IL-6表达水平较高,联合检测3种血清标志物有助于评估胃癌患者的疾病进展及预后情况。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of IL-1β、TNF-α combined with IL-6 in gastric cancer. Methods Selected 240 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were treated as the observation group,240 healthy patients as the control group. Serum levels of IL-1 beta,TNF-alpha and IL-6 were compared between the 2 groups. The relationship between serum levels of IL-1β、TNF-α and IL-6 and clinicopathological parameters of patients with gastric cancer was observed. Results The serum levels of IL-1 beta,TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0. 05). Serum levels of IL-1β、TNF-α and IL-6 were correlated with clinical stage( stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ,stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ),degree of differentiation( moderate to high differentiation,low differentiation) and lymph node metastasis( with or without) of gastric cancer( P <0. 05). Conclusion The serum levels of IL-1β、TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with gastric cancer are high. The combined detection of three serum markers is helpful to evaluate the disease progression and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
