幽门螺杆菌联合血清胃蛋白酶对胃癌的诊断价值

Diagnosis of Helicobacter Pylori Combined with Serum Pepsin for Gastric Cancer

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)联合血清胃蛋白酶原(pepsinogen,PG)对胃癌的诊断价值。方法选择诊治的胃部疾病患者189例,其中胃癌患者39例(观察组),胃炎患者150例(对照组),检测2组的Hp阳性率,同时检测血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ含量并判断诊断价值。结果观察组与对照组的Hp阳性率分别为82.1%和40.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血清PGⅠ和PGⅡ阳性率为92.3%、100.0%,显著高于对照组的44.0%和28.7%(P<0.05)。在观察组中,PGⅡ的诊断敏感性最高(96.0%),PGⅠ的诊断特异性最高(32.0%)。结论Hp联合血清PG对胃癌的早期诊断具有很好的临床应用价值,能反映胃部疾病患者癌变的可能。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)combined with serum pepsinogen(PG)in gastric cancer.Methods A total of 189 patients with gastric diseases diagnosed were selected that included 39 patients with gastric cancer(observation group)and 150 patients with gastritis(control group).The Hp rates were recorded,and were given simultaneous detection of serum PGI,PGII contents and were to determine the diagnostic values.Results The positive rates of Hp in the observation group and the control group were 82.1%and 40.0%,respectively,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum PGⅠand PGⅡin the observation group were 92.3%and 100.0%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(44.0%and 28.7%(P<0.05).In the observation group,PGⅡhad the highest diagnostic sensitivity(96.0%),and PGⅠhad the highest diagnostic specificity(32.0%).Conclusion Hp combined with serum PG have good clinical values in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer patients,and can reflect the possibility of cancer in patients with stomach diseases.
