在聚氨酯弹性体合成过程中,经常伴随着色变问题,不仅影响聚氨酯的外观,而且对聚氨酯弹性体的品质产生严重的影响。从原料、聚酯多元醇和聚氨酯的合成工艺、环境三大方面进行了综合分析,在隔绝氧气的条件下反应和出料,合成乳白色接近透明的聚氨酯弹性体。

In the process of polyurethane elastomer synthesis,it is often accompanied by ccloa change problem,which not only ifects the appearance of polyurethane,but al so seriously affects the quality of polyurethane elastomer.In this paper,it gives a comprehensive analysis on raw materials,synthetic processes of polyester polyol and polyurethane,environment.Under the condition of oxygen isolation,the milk-whVo and nearly transparent polyurethane elastomer is synthesized.
