贵州省猫场铝矿综合机械化开采工艺适用性探析

猫场铝矿矿体属缓倾斜、中等厚度的隐伏矿床,矿体连续、厚度稳定、分布较为集中,当前采用有色行业采矿方法-留矿壁护顶房柱法,贫化率及损失率较高,顶板管理难度大。为使矿山开采实现最大利益化,拟对猫场铝矿引进综合机械化开采技术工艺的可行性进行探析,对比煤炭行业极为成熟的综采工艺,改善国内铝土矿开采的落后状况,为类似地下矿山开采工作者提供借鉴经验。

The ore body of Maochang aluminum mine belongs to the concealed deposit with gentle dip and medium thickness.The ore body is continuous,stable in thickness and concentrated in distribution.At present,the non-ferrous industry mining method retaining wall and roof pillar method is adopted,with high dilution rate and loss rate,and difficult in roof management.In order to maximize the benefits of mining,it is proposed to analyze the feasibility of introducing comprehensive mechanized mining technology into Maochang aluminum mine,compare the extremely mature comprehensive mining technology in the coal industry,improve the backward situation of domestic bauxite mining,and provide reference experience for similar underground mining workers.
