通过温差电测量技术实现对金属材料无损检测的研究

摘要 已知当金属在结合时因接点温度存在差异,导致出现塞贝克效应,这时就会对金属材料造成损伤。因此,就需要运用有效技术对金属材料无损情况进行检测,从而寻找出相应解决对策。基于此,本文首先将会简述温差电测量设备搭建方式,而后针对温差电测量技术在金属材料无损检测中应用展开分析,进而针对检测结果与评价展开研究,旨为相关人员提供参考帮助。 It is known that the seebeck effect occurs when the metal is bonded due to the difference in contact temperature,which will cause damage to the metal.Therefore,it is necessary to use effective technology to detect nondestructive condition of metal materials,so as to find out the corresponding countermeasures.Based on this,this paper will first briefly describe the construction method of thermoelectric measuring equipment,and then analyze the application of thermoelectric measuring technology in nondestructive testing of metal materials,and then conduct research on testing results and evaluation,aiming at providing reference and help for relevant personnel.
