摘要
针对金属材料在热处理过程中可能产生的变形与开裂现象,在简单介绍热处理变形与开裂主要影响因素的基础上,提出有效的处理技术和控制策略,以此为有效防止变形和开裂的产生提供技术参考,保证金属材料热处理效果。
In view of the possible deformation and cracking of metal materials in the process of heat treatment,on the basis of briefly introducing the main influencing factors of heat treatment deformation and cracking,effective treatment technology and control strategy are put forward,which can provide technical reference for effectively preventing deformation and cracking and ensuring the heat treatment effect of metal materials.
